By now it is know that our family has gotten the attention of the Colorado State Senate office and I also know that this is not always an easy task to accomplish. With this in mind I also know there are others out there fighting with the banks, over houses. If anyone needs or wants the same attention and help fighting a bank issue please send me a private message with your email and I will GLADLY email you a sample letter with everything you need to get their attention.
Just know you will have a copy our letter so you will need to change it match your situation. However, within 2 weeks of sending out our letters we had a senators office call us letting us know they are willing and WANT to help us fight Well Fargo.
You just have to state the situation clearly, what you have done to recitify the situation, how you have worked with your bank, how well they have or have not communicated back with you, and how long your selling process has been in process.
If you are in the process of fighting with the bank you have other options as well while you wait for additional help to come. Take the same letter you wrote to the senate/congressional offices and sent that into the HUD complaints office under the fraud section.
If military contact your VA loan represenitive. Let them know what the bank is doing. There are options for help to assist you fight the bank.

Also post a copy of your letter on Facebook, your blog, anywhere to make it public. This does not settle well with the banks and action happens faster.
