The time has come for us to leave Colorado and head to Maryland. We need prayers in behalf of our house though. The house has been on the market for a while now and we have an offer for what we are asking. YES!!!!!!!!
What we neeed prayers for is that the bank will allow the shortsale of the house. We have to shortsale due to the many foreclosures in the neighborhood, the current economy, and the fact that we have to relocate due to military orders.
We just got notification that the bank is sending an apraisal officer out to conduct the Interior Liquidation Appraisal of the Property. This will allow the bank to determine if the bank is properly valued at the current market value.
So far the only offer we have at the bank is the only one for the full price we are asking. All others are below or well below our listed price.
Please pray that the offer goes through and the house sells quick allowing us to move debt free.
By the way, Ellies lungs are still up and down, and Corbyn's platelets are up and down again and currently at 20k...
